Fertilizer Testing

TPS Lab has been testing fertilizer since the 1960s and pioneering humate, compost, and fertilizer testing with a focus on actual benefits to the soil and nutrients available to the intake process of plants.

Many of TPS Lab's fertilizer analyses are used by private label distributors and retailers to confirm that the products they've received from the blender/bagger conform to the Guaranteed Analysis label on the bag.

The methods used to test N-P-K have very narrow ranges, making it very important to provide the bag label information or expected analysis of the product to decrease report turnaround time, as repetitive testing is otherwise required to determine the correct range.
