Follow these step by step instructions to request your Official Sample Manifest
How to apply for an Official or Unofficial Manifest
- Click on the link below.
- Scroll down to the green bar that reads "Please select the type of application..." and click the drop-down menu.
- Under Hemp Licenses, Choose "Sample Transport Manifest Request (Official or Unofficial).
- Enter your Producer information.
- Next, select the type of manifest request you wish to apply for.
- Then enter the sampler information followed by the laboratory's information.
- Finally, enter your information for the signature page (Requestor and Title) and pay for your manifest.
TDA will take several days to issue your manifest. Once issued, TDA will email the documents to the laboratory you chose on the application. The laboratory will then notify the Handler Sampler you have chosen, that the manifest is ready, and they will notify you to coordinate a time to visit your farm and collect your sample.
Licensed Hemp Sampling
You will need to have a licensed hemp sampler collect your official pre-harvest sample. TDA provides a list of samplers with contact info so you can find one in your area.
TPS Lab offers official sampling services in the Rio Grande Valley. The cost is
$150.00 per lot plus mileage. To use TPS Lab's sampling service, call us to schedule a date and enter the Sampler's information found below when you apply for your manifest.
